Who we are

Greenway Vault LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona. These terms apply to purchases made on shop.greenwayvault.com.

What you are buying

Every listing is a single physical card or sealed item. The photographs are of the exact item you receive. Condition is graded by our team on the scale Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played and Damaged, and stated on every listing.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Because we also sell on live shows, an item can occasionally sell elsewhere before your order is processed. If that happens we cancel and refund your order in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. Sales tax is charged where the law requires it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy form part of these terms.

Accounts and conduct

You agree to give accurate shipping details and to use the store lawfully. We may cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
